Spark Coaching is established in 2011 by 3 professional coaches and one designer, to deliver the benefits of coaching to larger populations, who are not able to reach these services due to lack of resources. The company initially started serving individuals, mostly university students and young professionals on a business-to-customer (B2C) basis under the «insparkus.com» brand. Within a period of two years, the online platform reached 30,000+ subscribers.

In 2014, Spark Coaching extended its operations to corporate arena under the «SparkUs» brand, supporting renowned national and multinational corporations to expand the benefits of coaching, which had been limited to top management, to all employees company-wide. Currently, SparkUs supports hundreds of employees match their inner motivation with the requirements of their business, enhancing employee engagement and business performance.

An international faculty member of Institute for Transformational Psychology of the Netherlands, training coaches from 4 continents and contributing to the coaching literature.

Leads and trains the Insparkus coaching and customer relations teams.

Designs scalable end-to-end coaching programs for corporations from a coaching and HR perspective..
