Penta Technology needed to implement a strong coaching culture within the company in order to achieve better employee performance, engagement and future-ready human capital. This required a significant shift across the organization at two levels:

  • The Management Team:
    The management team needed to create an ecosystem of learning, knowledge-sharing, and initiative-taking. They also had to adopt a transparent leadership model that was supportive of employees.
  • Employees:
    All remaining employees had to learn how to embrace a proactive mindset.

In order to achieve this goal, Penta partnered with SparkUs to utilize its coaching expertise and data-driven HR technology.
