Adina offers 15 years of international corporate experience, leading global sales operations and transformation projects across 60 countries. Since 2016, she has empowered hundreds of leaders from diverse industries to develop their unique leadership styles and achieve their goals through increased insight and awareness. Accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and EMCC, Adina’s coaching is underpinned by professional integrity and informed by her MSc research on team development processes. Her approach is structured to foster both personal and professional growth among her clients.

Arzu brings over 10 years of coaching expertise and 30 years of business experience. Since 2016, she has run her own training, coaching, and consulting firm. Previously, she worked in Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing across various industries for leading companies such as Teknosa, Colin’s, Multinet, Avon, Coty, DHL, Oriflame, and Gallup. Arzu is skilled in developing integrated HR systems, establishing corporate academies, and creating learning and coaching structures. Her experience extends to leadership development, team effectiveness, talent management, and a decade in key account management within direct sales.

Zeynep Karasoy, with 15 years of HR experience, specializes in corporate training, talent management, and leadership development. Having started her career at HSBC Bank, she led various projects in Academy Leadership and managed the SoftTech HR Training and Development team. Zeynep holds a degree in Economics from Uludag University and a Master’s in Interpersonal Communication from Marmara University, focusing on emotional intelligence in corporate settings. A certified ICF member, she completed the CTI Co-Active Coaching Training and holds CPCC and PCC titles. Passionate about the transformative power of coaching, Zeynep serves as a Consultant, Assessor, Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor since 2015.

Claire Buchanan began her professional career in marketing and publishing. In 2017 she qualified as an Integral Coach. Her passion is creating awareness, facilitating learning and enabling change by encouraging a fresh perspective. She coaches individuals with specific objectives and goals focused on developing potential, improving relationships, refining processes and enhancing performance. She achieved the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in 2020 and she has more than 1 600 hours of coaching experience. Claire is based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Chandni, an ICF-accredited Executive Coach (ACC) with over 25 years of experience, has held corporate leadership roles in two WPP Group companies and was the CEO of Social Innovation Park Singapore. A Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach and an author of 10 books, she also holds an MBA from a top Indian business school. Having worked across five countries on two continents, Chandni now operates from Dubai and London. As an entrepreneur since 2017, she leverages her extensive background in business, writing, and board membership to coach a diverse client base, including SMEs, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and startups, aiding them in navigating work challenges, transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Kunal comes with two decades of high-impact leadership experience in strategy consulting. His roles spanned P&L management, client relations, sales, and cross-matrix leadership. An expert in marketing and brand analytics Kunal has deep expertise across CPG, Retail, BFSI, E-Commerce, SaaS industries. As an executive coach Kunal holds an ICF-PCC credential. Further enriched with Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Transaction Analysis, his coaching expertise is in working with professionals toward elevated leadership, transitions, presence, and growth.

Nilima is an Associate Certified Coach with 15 years of experience in customer experience and business strategy. Specializing in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Change, she applies Positive Strength Psychology to create personalized coaching solutions. Her methods focus on unlocking clients' innate abilities, boosting both professional effectiveness and personal fulfillment. Nilima's practical tools, insights, and actionable plans empower clients to navigate today's fast-paced work environment.

Manisha Bapna brings 23 years of diverse experience across various industries, corporations, nationalities, and age groups. She has guided employees to enhance their thinking, behavior, and performance at work by fostering desirable workplace behaviors, thus improving their personal and professional effectiveness. Manisha advocates for a philosophy of ‘being coaching’ rather than merely ‘doing coaching,’ emphasizing that everyone can add value to themselves with the right tools and techniques. Holding a PCC credential from the ICF, she boasts over 5,000 hours of coaching experience.

Lamia is a change facilitator with 20+ years of experience helping individuals make meaningful, sustainable shifts to enhance personal and professional performance. Lamia builds on experience in learning and talent development plus a background in behavioral and motivational studies. She uses evidence-based techniques to help you gain clarity about who you are, where you want to be, and what's in the way so that you can make meaningful, sustainable changes. She has worked with clients in various career stages and works in English and Arabic fluently.

Feyza Ramazanoğlu, with 16+ years in international industrial sales across diverse industries, supports individuals and teams in unlocking their potential and achieving their visions. Believing everyone is naturally creative and a leader, she aids in discovering obstacles and taking action. Her coaching, enriched by her engineering background and a passion for art, nature, and photography, focuses on gaining insights, making value-aligned decisions, and expanding comfort zones. A former ICF Turkish Chapter leader (2020-22) with over 1000 hours of coaching, Feyza has helped more than 200 people challenge their limits.

Sam Isaacson’s career started in professional services, offering technology risk and advisory services with KPMG, BDO and Grant Thornton. He led the establishment of Grant Thornton’s coaching services business and is the Chair of the UK Government’s coaching apprenticeship. He has written widely about the future of coaching and has won awards for his work in coaching with technology as well as good practice use of coaching in organisations. He works extensively across several sectors and with the biggest coaching professional bodies.

Daria has 15 years of experience in people and organizational development. She is a professional coach, team coach, and people leader, and she helps executives succeed in their leadership roles. Her business background includes global organizations like Deloitte and Swedbank. Her educational background is in Law and Philology, and she has more than 2,000 hours of coach-specific training. Daria is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and holds EMCC individual team coaching accreditation (ITCA).

Claire Brown, a Professional Coach with PCC credentials from the ICF, began her career in the charity sector, progressing to strategic roles including CEO, before becoming an NHS Occupational Therapist. Her coaching focuses on helping clients navigate change with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Experienced in business, career, leadership, and therapeutic coaching, Claire specializes in serving neurodiverse clients. She is a qualified Life Coach, Licensed Firework Career Change Coach, and certified in Executive & Team Coaching. With over 500 hours of coaching experience, Claire also mentors ICF students at The Coaching Academy, aiding them in obtaining their coaching qualifications.

Kathrin is a certified business coach who believes in the potential of people to learn and grow. Her passion lies in supporting individuals and teams to thrive. She loves to create experimental insights and stimulate meaningful reflections whilst building on peoples' own experiences. She creates an atmosphere of openness and trust allowing real insights to happen. In doing so she brings her 20 years of experience from strategic and operational human resources functions in the international industry.

Tim spent 30 years working in the Financial markets. In that time he experienced different corporate structures and developed an understanding of how to perform in a pressurised environment. On leaving the city he retrained as an executive coach and now enjoys leveraging his many years of professional experience in his coaching sessions. He helps his clients navigate increasingly difficult environments,understand their potential and help them remove the interference that is stopping them from maximising their own performance and realise their own aspirations. He is also a keen coach and student in the �Inner game� of elite sport.

Marta is a PCC-certified transformational coach specialized in leadership development, team effectiveness, and career transition. She applies a practical approach to coaching individuals to find meaning in what they do or wish to achieve professional or personal development. Marta collaborates with the coaching unit of IESE Business School, coaching C-suite executives from around the globe. As a Trainer and Facilitator, she has developed and facilitates a Coach Training program Level 1 by ICF. She holds a Law Degree and post-graduate studies in Business Administration and has +15 years of corporate background in management positions in Outplacement firms.

Basak always had a passion to help people which motivated her to study Psychology for her Bachelors (Koc University) and Masters (University of Amsterdam) degree. She has worked at Philips, Bloomreach, Irdeto, Zivver in her HR career. Her coaching career goes in parallel with her experience as an HR leader. With 8+ years (and counting) in the HR field, coaching has always been an integral part of her job. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has been working for Empower Amsterdam for several years now, helping professionals from all around the world find the next step in their careers

Viviana has a background in corporate communications and strategic advice to senior executives, politicians and experts. She has an expertise in the banking, environment, and energy sectors gained with multicultural organisations, global companies and EU institutions. An EMCC Senior Practitioner with 850+ coaching hours, Viviana helps clients expand self-awareness, develop strategic thinking, and improve well-being of self and others. She is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and the co-founder of the European Investment Bank women's network.

Nicola Pye has over 25 years' experience as a learning and leadership development professional, executive coach, and until recently was Global Talent Director for EY where she worked for 22 years. She holds the ILM Level 7 in coaching and mentoring and is EMCC accredited at Senior Practitioner Level. Nicola is on a mission to help Leaders create positive impact: making work better for themselves, their workforce and society. She began coaching ten years ago and has been empowering Leaders and future leaders around the world.

Stephanie brings over 29 years of leadership experience as a former senior officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Stephanie is a Certified Executive Coach and an Associate Coach with the ICF. She has extensive experience in Team Building, Human Resources, Talent Management and Strategic Planning. Stephanie led the Canadian Defence Department's Coaching Program and continues to use this experience today to support the growth, development and optimization of leaders, teams and organizations.

Serap has 25 years of experience in finance. She has 18 years in leadership roles, where she has initiated and led comprehensive change projects. She holds certifications in Transactional Analysis, Optimum Balance Model and Leadership Coaching. Over the course of 7 years, she coached C-level executives, Directors, and new managers across various sectors such as retail, finance, IT, and Marketing. She acted as a shadow coach, business coach and leadership development mentor for executives to reach business goals. Serap's skill set extends to Agile Coaching and OKR Management, indicating her proficiency in facilitating agile methodologies and goal-oriented frameworks.

Peter Muir holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. During the first fifteen years of his career, Peter led teams of hospitality professionals for leading companies, including Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton, in Europe and North America. He now resides in Toronto, Canada. As a dedicated professional coach, Peter is passionate about unlocking human potential. His coaching focuses on examining values, aligning them with purpose, and crafting innovative solutions that pave the way for success. Peter thrives on working with individuals committed to their own growth and eager to elevate their performance in their respective fields.

Pauline Mahu started her career as a marketer in the food industry, developing well-known consumer brands. Working in fast-paced, multicultural, and result-driven environments, she recognized the importance of work/life balance and finding fulfillment in one’s career. This insight fueled her passion for empowering others, leading her to become a certified career coach. Pauline specializes in helping clients navigate career changes, adapt current roles, or shift mindsets about work. She holds an Associate Certified Coach accreditation, with certifications in Positive Intelligence and training in CBT and Mindfulness. Known for her empathetic, caring, and pragmatic approach, Pauline, originally from France and now based in London for over 20 years, coaches in both English and French.

Murat Bolelli is a Turkish academician, management consultant and coach. His 20+ years of HR experience in multinational companies helped him developing a result+people oriented approach which he enjoys utilizing in coaching. Having the ACC credential from the ICF, he has more than 500 hours of coaching experience specialized in executive coaching, new manager coaching and new graduate coaching. Murat strongly believes that we are born and built with different strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, the more we know and accept who we are, the happier and fulfilled lives we may have.
